OUR PROCEDURES
AND GUARANTEES

Slabs (Torch-on Waterproofing): Applies to concrete slabs. Prep requires cleaning, priming, laying, and burning of 4mm thick bitumen-infused waterproofing mats, i.e., Torch on. A silver reflective, UV-resistant coating is then applied. This has a 10 Year guarantee provided we are able to inspect the roof every 3 years.
Acrylic Waterproofing: This waterproofing is applied with industrial acrylic waterproofing in conjunction with a membrane for roof ridges, parapets, flashings, joints, etc. This has a 5 Year guarantee.
Undertile Waterproofing: Applies to balconies and showers. A cementitious mixture is used to waterproof under tiles. This has a 5 Year guarantee.
Rising Damp: Exterior/Interior (whichever is required) plaster is removed, raw bricks are treated with a cementitious mixture. Plaster is replaced and painted. This has a 5 Year guarantee.
